I’m Maximus Lips, Lead Technician at Avenir Systems. I’ve been working in audio and video for as long as I can remember, learning the craft hands-on alongside my father, who’s been in the industry for decades.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my skills far beyond AV. I’m also an expert in computers and networking, ensuring every system is fast, secure, and reliable. My experience includes full integration of smart lighting solutions and motorized window coverings — combining function, comfort, and modern design into one seamless experience.
Whether it’s a home theater, multi-room audio system, or a custom smart home setup, I take pride in clean installs, clear sound, and systems that just work. At Avenir Systems, our goal is to deliver precision, performance, and simplicity — built to last.

Hi there, my name is Ryan Melorango, Project Manager here at Avenir. A local Colorado native. Its an honor working with this creative and dedicated team across the world, we are always here to help.
Since I was a young goonies kid, always building something, I knew I would end up in the AV world. I have been in the Audio Video industry for over twelve years now, starting in the satellite and coax line of work for reputable corporations. Its always great meeting and helping new people, and providing systems for their family and friends to enjoy for years to come. Technology and creative design are always changing, and keeps me interested.
